The goods ordered from our e-shop are delivered by courier to the address specified in the order.

The term for completing the order is from 1 to 3 working days and sometimes depends on the availability and delivery to us by the manufacturer or importer of the product. Deliveries on Saturdays are made until 13:00. No deliveries are made on Sundays. During the telephone conversation to confirm your order, you will be informed on which day your purchases will be completed and delivered by courier.

Payment is made upon delivery.

RIGHT TO COMPLAINT

According to the law on consumer protection and the rules of trade, the consumer has the right to complain about:

  2. 2. defects of the goods
  3. 3. non-compliance with the declared amount
  4. 4. non-compliance with the announced trademark and model

The complaint is submitted within seven working days after the purchase of the goods.

When filing a complaint, the user can claim:

  2. 2. replacement of goods
  3. 3. price deduction

The transport costs for the return of the items are at the expense of the customer, except in the cases when:

- Wrong items have been sent

- the items delivered by us have a factory defect

RESPONSIBILITIES

E-shop interesno-bg.com is not responsible for depletion of quantities of certain items, as well as in case of delay in shipment due to lack of stock, waiting for import, new batch of production or delay in delivery to us by importers or manufacturers of the relevant goods.

In case it is not possible to provide the desired item or a delay in completing the order is provided, you will be informed by phone or letter, and if possible, you will be offered alternative items.

Within 14 days after receipt of the goods, the customer has the right to return or replace it, subject to the following conditions:

  1. 1. Preserved good commercial appearance (the goods are not torn, scratched, ironed, crushed)
  2. 2. There is no damage caused by improper use
  3. 3. Preserved original packaging, consumables and accessories, if any
  4. 4. The transport costs for returning the goods are at the expense of the customer

(In case of replacement of goods, the customer pays 1 courier fee, instead of 2 transport fees in both directions)
